Security document application for auction participant (Apendo Participant) on Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (LPSE), is collaboration between Lembaga Sandi Negara (Lemsaneg) and Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP). Apendo Participant used to encrypt or encode offer files made by auction participant before uploaded/delivered to LPSE server. Apendo Participant specifically given to auction participant which has been registered in LPSE.
Application that you used is Apendo Participant version 3.1 Apendo Participant
version 3.1 is a development of the previous version. A fundamental difference of version 3.1 is a framework application development using
Qt which is cross platform (Windows, Linux and
Mac). In addition there are additional features which can be checking results of encryption that ensures the encrypted files can be reopened with Apendo Committee.
